The music to be played at a 21st birthday party should be from the genre of music the birthday person likes best.

However a few songs should never be left out of the celebration. These include of course Happy Birthday by Stevie Wonder, I’m Too Sexy by Right Said Fred, Chubby Checkers Limbo Rock, In Da Club by 50 Cent, George Thorogood’s famous One Bourbon, One Scotch, and One Beer, along with any other songs that happen to be favorites of the birthday girl or guy.

Make a CD to play ahead of time. It will serve as a soundtrack to the 21st birthday party. You can even give copies of the soundtrack to all the guests, or have them request a copy the night of the party to be mailed to them at a later date. If money is an issue with making these CD’s, ask each guest who wants one to make a contribution before leaving the party so that you can have enough copies made for everyone who would like to have one.
